What about DC and the territories?

Washington, D.C. is not a state, so it is not on the wheel. Nor are Puerto Rico, Guam and the other territories. Add them to the list if you want them in. For countries rather than states, use the random country wheel.

    Questions

Are all 50 states on the wheel?

Yes. Each state has one equal slice, so each has a 1 in 50 chance.

Can each student get a different state?

Yes. Press Remove Winner from List after each spin and no state comes up twice.

    Is Washington, D.C. included?

No, because it is not a state. Add it to the list if you need it.
