How to play
- Spin and read the question out.
- Everyone picks a side at the same time, by pointing left or right, or by moving to one side of the room.
- Each person gives one reason. The best reason wins the round, voted by everyone else.
Good for classrooms
Would you rather questions make a quick speaking and listening warm up. Ask pupils to answer in a full sentence that starts "I would rather ... because ...". For persuasive writing, spin one question and have pupils argue for the side they did not pick. For more open questions, use the icebreaker question wheel.
Write your own
The best ones are two options that are both good, or both a bit bad, so the choice is hard. Keep each question short enough to fit on a slice. Themed lists work well: holiday questions, food questions, or questions about your school or office.
Questions
Are the questions suitable for kids?
Yes. All 20 default questions are clean and suit any age.
Can I add my own questions?
Yes. Clear the list and type your own, one per line.
How do I avoid the same question twice?
Press Remove Winner from List after each spin. The 20 questions then last a full round of 20 turns with no repeats.
